    Yes. Our counseling is biblically informed and we aim to integrate Christian values, spiritual principles, and faith-based guidance alongside psychological methods. Our counselors are certified pastoral counselors or Christian counseling professionals.

  • 5. Do you accept insurance?

    No, we are out-of-network providers. We can provide you with a superbill after each session so you may submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact us to discuss fee schedules and sliding scale availability.

    In your first session, you’ll meet with a counselor who will:

    • Develop a working plan or roadmap for upcoming sessions
    • Address confidentiality, session logistics, fees, and scheduling

    Generally, sessions last 50 to 60 minutes. The frequency depends on your needs — for example, weekly or biweekly initially — then may taper as growth is made. Your counselor will recommend what is best for you.

    Yes. Counselors adhere to professional standards of confidentiality. We will not disclose your information except in legally or ethically required situations (e.g. mandated reporting of abuse, threat of harm to self or others).
